Looking for a way to invigorate and nurture your spirt? Just Breathe!! You will be bringing that beautiful life force energy that is uniquely yours into your body and spirit and you will begin to sparkle!! Close your eyes and breathe in a deep but gentle breath of energy through your nose and then exhaling out through your mouth, saying the word "ahhh". Repeat this 3 times and you will find your spirit more grounded and at peace. It is a wonderful way to come back to present time and be in the moment. Your spirit is bright and beautiful.
